A. Copyrights
1. Producer and author of Secure Mail Intelligence! for Domino Free Edition (called SMID-FE) is M2 NET S.A. company and authors of components mentioned in documentation and text files.
2. It is forbidden to delete or change information about authors of application and/or components.

B. Payments
1. SMID-FE can be used without any payment.
2. It is forbidden to collect any payment for SMID-FE .
3. It is allowed to collect payments for services regarding to deployment or support for SMID-FE, especially for installation, technical support, training.
4. It is forbidden to use commercial components in SMID-FE. In such case it is required to purchase commercial license for SMI! for Domino.

C. Commercial use
1. SMID-FE can be used for non-commercial and commercial use with restrictions defined in this license.
2. SMID-FE can not be used to provide payable services through wide web (eg. Internet), which provides detecting spam or detecting viruses or content control or mail archivization or Lotus Notes functions in widely understood ASP(application service provider) term.
3. SMID-FE can not be used to create or sell products compenie można wykorzystywać do tworzenia lub sprzedawania produktów konkurencyjnych wobec SMI! for Domino i SMI! Managed Services.

D. License validity time
1. Following license is valid lifetime.

E. Number of licenses
1. SMID-FE can be installed and used on non limited servers number.
2. SMID-FE can be used to protect non limited number of mailboxes and users..

F. Free distribution
1. SMID-FE can be freely distributed on condition that installation package remain unchanged.
2. During distribution of SMID-FE it is required to inform recipient about authors of this software and authors limited responsibility.

G. Prohibition to extract components
1. It is forbidden to split installation pagage to extract any component.
2. It is forbidden to use any component of this software standalone.

H. Prohibition to add new components
1. It is forbidden to add any new component to SMID-FE as integral part of other software or service.
2. SMID-FE can be distributed on one data storage disc with other software.

I. No access to source code
1. SMID-FE software is distribudet in binary form wihout access to source code.
2. It is forbidden to disassemble and use any method to restore source code.

J. Testing commercial components
1. During testing period(if not defined else - 30 days) commercial components added to SMID-FE can be used.

K. Limited warranty
1. SMID-FE comes with no warranty.
2. SMID-FE comes with no guaranty.
3. It is possible to buy support for SMID-FE.
4. SMID-FE support (without any warranty) is available via internet community.

L. Limited responsibility
1. M2 NET S.A. takes no responsibility for any damage which was caused by running or using SMID-FE.

M. Prohibited use
1. It is forbidden to use SMID-FE if that could lead to injury; death, produce, manage, supervision of nuclear power,destruction of natural environment
