Before install SMI! for Domino  make sure you have installed:

1. SMI! requires GLIBC 2.5 or newer.


To install SMI!:

1. Login as a root

2. Extract smi_dom_lin_pl-en_xxxxxx.tar:
   tar -xvf smi_dom_lin_pl-en_xxxxxx.tar

3. Run install.sh script from extracted directory.

4. Go through the installation process.


To run SMI! for Domino, run 'smimodules.sh start' script from installation directory.
To stop, run 'smimodules.sh stop' script.

To run SMI! Admin, run 'smiadmin.sh start' script from SMI! installation directory.
To stop SMI! Admin, run 'smiadmin.sh stop' script from SMI! installation directory.

You don't have to start Firebird server using firebird.sh script. It does automatically running smiadmin.sh or smimodules.sh.


!!! Important !!!
Trial license key is automatically downloading during installation process.
For that is needed internet connection and 'wget' application installed on computer.
License key is valid for one month after installaion.

If you don't have internet connection or wget application installled, please contact us:
support@security-increase.com - we send you trial license key.
After that you have to copy license key 'smi.key' file to:
$smi_installation_dir/smi_in directory

SMI! for Domino Modules runs on the same user account as Domino server (it is usually "notes" account).
If it is different, please change parameter:
RUN_AS_USER=
in wrapper.conf file placed in $SMI_INSTALLATION_DIR/smi_in directory using proper name.
