Anti-virus email filtering
We provide the best available in the world malware detection functionality using multiple layers of detection and multiple anti-virus engines. Our solution uses also two different zero-hour detection compatibilities to stop immediately any outbreaks. Our solutions use natively from 3 to 9 anti-virus engines by most important vendors in the world.
We use the best currently available anti-spam detection techniques. We focus on just deterministic (no guess, no heuristic) techniques require minimal administration. We collected about 13 anti-spam as well as proprietary and free engines which guarantee you 96%-98% of accuracy and almost none of false positives with real-time outbreak detection.

The most important is that we are able to extract text from multiple nested objects and attachments, also we are able to analyse a lot of different file types such as: Microsoft Office files, PDF, RTF etc. We also recognize encrypted attachments. Archiving services SMI! provides strong on fly and on demand archiving functionality. You can decide what will be archived and where it will be stored. Your configuration bases on policy so it is very simple to implement complex regulations and requirements. Archived messages are encrypted and protected against unauthorised access. To backup you are able to use third-party software and third-party media.

With SMI! it is possible to use x. 509 v. 3 certificates to encrypt internal documents and messages and automatically verify signatures at external Certificate Authorities. Public Key Infrastructure Create your own Public Key Infrastructure as well use external PKI inside IBM Lotus Domino / Notes applications. Conversion from standard Domino’s certifications into our strong certifications is easy and do not require design modifications. Scanning encrypted messages There is lack of content filtering software able to scan encrypted messages. SMI! is able to do that because it integrate both with Lotus Notes and with Lotus Domino server and encrypts every message and document with special SMI! keys. |
